The Black Epsilon Spumante NV, Piedmont Italy may look a bit naff, but like I said, its the real deal. The nose instantly throws up floral and citrus notes of grapefruit and lemon pith with green apple wafting up the longer in the glass. The palate is very lite and delicate with soft bruised apple notes accompanied by a very elegant bead.
